Community notes are for practical ID- and visa-photo tips. They are personal experiences, not official requirements or a guarantee that a photo will be accepted. Check the current issuing authority’s rules before submitting a photo.
Before posting, you must agree to these guidelines:
- Be accurate and respectful. Do not impersonate an issuing authority or present an unverified rule as official.
- Do not post identity documents, photos, personal contact details, travel itineraries, passwords, or another person’s private information.
- Do not post harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, illegal content, spam, scams, or instructions for identity fraud.
- Use the in-app Report note action to flag a problem. You can also email hi@thelonelab.com with the relevant country/document and a description. Do not email sensitive photos.
We review reports and may remove notes or restrict accounts that violate these guidelines. Repeat or serious violations may lead to loss of community access. For account and data deletion, see Request account deletion.
